  • Enhancing the skills of management and staff that may impact on the quality of the services provided through review and training to ensure staff perform their work more effectively.
  • Promoting the culture of continual quality improvements and the philosophy of getting things “right the first time”.
  • Ensuring the Rigorous control of the programme for supply, installation and completion of all projects.
  • Promoting the quality management systems and ensuring implementation is achieved by internal auditing, management review, corrective and preventive action
